A Message from Our Founder
"My name is Eric Barker. I'm a Chicago-born creative strategist, AI technologist, and entrepreneur, currently based in Bangkok, Thailand. As someone who is half-Thai and half-American, I've spent the last decade bridging cultures and introducing new conceptual frameworks to foster modern thinking and empowerment.
With nearly 40 years dedicated to intense problem-solving, design, and coding, my work is driven by a deep curiosity about the future. I am passionate about using AI, automation, and systems-thinking to not only build successful businesses but also to explore new models for governance and societal improvement. My goal is to build an ecosystem that blends technology with humor, culture, and a relentless drive for innovation."
Our Journey
Blueprint Design Studio (2006–2015)
Eric founded Blueprint, one of Chicago's top web design studios. The agency ranked #1 for "Chicago Web Design" and "restaurant menu design," was in the top 3 globally for "web design," and worked with thousands of clients from startups to Fortune 500 brands like Subway, Unilever, and the City of Chicago.
Private Consulting (2016–2022)
During this time, Eric advised startups and established brands in Thailand and the US on e-commerce, digital strategy, and AI-driven workflow automation. He built custom AI solutions, created viral digital campaigns, and guided founders in simplifying operations to boost efficiency and sales.
The Modern Era (2023–Present)
Today, we operate a global AI and automation ecosystem. DesignDelulu serves U.S. businesses with an unlimited subscription design and development model, while AI Automation Asia provides automation services and affordable AI outsourcing to the Asian market. Both are built on a foundation of AI-powered workflows, advanced prompt engineering, and a relentless focus on efficiency and scale.
